West Alameda Business Association (WABA)
Brand & Marketing Refresh

When I began working with the West Alameda Business Association, their marketing materials lacked consistency and strong visual communication. Layouts were poorly structured, typography and composition were inconsistent, and the color palette felt neutral and uninspired.

The organization needed marketing that could better represent the energy of the local business community and promote events more effectively.

I introduced a cleaner design approach built around stronger typography, improved composition, and a more engaging color palette.

The goal was to create marketing that felt professional, approachable, and visually consistent across all channels.

Establishing clear layout systems and reusable templates helped bring structure and cohesion to their communications.

I designed and produced a range of marketing materials including video, event posters, flyers, social media graphics, banners, and digital promotions. Using Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, I created a more unified visual presence while building systems that made future marketing faster and easier to produce.

The result was a more polished and recognizable brand presence for the organization and its events.
