Microsoft Retail Stores
Holiday Campaign
Microsoft Retail Stores required a large seasonal campaign for the Christmas holiday, promoting products and in-store experiences across retail locations. The challenge was scale and speed: dozens of assets and hundreds of versions had to be produced for different store fixtures while accommodating constant copy revisions, layout updates, and strict Microsoft brand guidelines.
Working as part of a production team, I handled layout production, asset versioning, and vendor-ready file preparation across a wide range of deliverables. These included in-store digital displays, window graphics, event signage, retail screen graphics, web assets, and marketing collateral. Precision was critical, as many pieces required carefully executed lighting effects, compositing, bokeh backgrounds, and pixel-perfect shadow treatments to maintain the polished Microsoft visual style.
To keep production moving under rapid turnaround timelines, I focused on disciplined file organization, asset libraries, version control systems, and clear naming conventions for vendor handoff and deployment. Using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, I helped maintain consistency across hundreds of changing assets while ensuring each file met technical specifications for large-scale retail installations.
