Aflac
NCAA March Madness Campaign
Aflac launched a nationwide campaign tied to NCAA March Madness with the goal of spreading brand visibility as broadly and quickly as possible across host cities. The challenge was speed and scale. A complete suite of digital and print assets had to be produced over President’s Day weekend, with strict brand guidelines, multiple locations, and very little production support.
Working independently as the production designer, I executed the campaign across a wide range of deliverables while maintaining brand precision and technical accuracy. The solution was a disciplined, production-first approach, tackling assets methodically, building organized file systems, and managing versioning for both the Men’s and Women’s tournaments, each requiring location-specific information.
I handled layout, production, versioning, print prep, and vendor handoff across billboards, bus wraps, car wraps,
event signage, web banners, and taxi cab screens. Using InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, I prepared press-ready files and coordinated regional assets to meet tight specifications. Delivering a campaign of this scale on time and without errors over a holiday weekend for an event as large as March Madness was a significant production achievement.
